My FIRST session after our move back home on Pensacola Beach was a beautiful family of 5 out at Fort Pickens National Park. To say God aligned this connection would be an understatement.

Pensacola beach has brighter and whiter sand than the Forgotten coast along with the more emerald water that it’s so well known for. This in mind it felt a little bit like learning how to photograph all over again. (And we were all freezing!) Crazy how such simple color shifts and bouncing light can impact the way one shoots so heavily.
Contrary to the initial assumption, I’m sure, Fort Pickens boasts stunning wide open landscapes, just like I like it. Which made for some beautiful final works.
I’d say the Harwell’s ended up with an absolutely stunning coastal gallery to commemorate this season awaiting their new addition to the family.
Now just to see them again with sweet baby girl in tow!
